It was such a learning experience being part of PARAKH assessment team. PARAKH stands for Performance Assessment, Review and Analysis of Knowledge for Holistic Development. It is a national assessment center that was established by the National Council of Educational Research and Training (NCERT) to improve the education system in India. PARAKH's objectives include:

Setting norms and standards

Advising school boards on new assessment patterns

Promoting collaboration between school boards

Conducting large-scale assessments

Holding periodic learning outcome tests

NAS by NCERT is being conducted on 4th of December. 📚
